How It Works

  • You decide how much money you need and whether you want a lump sum, a monthly income or a combination of the two
     

  • You select a Vision Equity Release plan to suit your needs
     

  • You use the money to unlock your dream, whilst retaining title and continuing to live in the comfort and security of your own home for as long as you want
     

  • No interest repayments are required during the lifetime of the plan. Or, until you sell your home or no longer permanently live there.
     

  • Your outstanding balance and the accumulated interest only become repayable when you sell your home, permanently move out, or on the death of the last surviving borrower.

Am I eligible?

Yes, providing:

  • You (or both home owners – in the case of joint ownership) are aged 60+

  •  If there is an existing mortgage on your home, it is repaid by Vision Equity Living from the proceeds of your plan, with the surplus being available for you to use as you choose.
